We only use the highest level of Kashrut. Our facilities are under the strict supervision of Rabbi Yechiel Babad “Tartikov”. We have multiple kitchens and our meat dairy and parve food are cooked in separate kitchens. All our meats is Beit Yosef is under the supervision of Sephardic Beit Dein. We only use Cholov Yisrael and Yoshan products. All our food is Bishul Yisroel Sephardi.
